IMAGO OASIS Caring in Action provide a mental health and befriending service. This service helps adults who have mild to moderate mental ill health to understand and cope with life by offering practical one to one structured weekly support.

Work with mentors and local businesses who are ready to hire fresh talent, while improving your CV and interview techniques. You will meet new people and learn what it takes to get your foot in the door. A completely free course which provides Mentor support after the programme.
