Newcastle Residential

Newcastle Residential
To mark the end of term and to give our young people one last challenge we recently took them on a two day residential to newcastle. Everyone had a fantiastic time and nearly all our young people managed to summit Slieve Donard on the first day. Some even described the feeling of being at the top of the mountain as being very emotional! Much fun was had around the campfire that night and not so much sleep had. Day two was a trip to Bloody Bridge to do wet bouldering which was a roaring success. We had some very acrobatic dives performed when they all reached the large pools at the end of the exercise. Perhaps we have some olympic divers in the making!
